Kathy Brink has played and sung in country, rock and blues bands since the age of 16. She and Travis Spratt produced and performed in “An Evening with Kathy & Travis” dinner show at the State Room from 2003 – 2019. She has worked as a Patsy Cline impersonator and played Patsy in the musical play “Always, Patsy Cline”. She currently is a regular band member at the Cannon Dam Opry in Perry, Missouri.

Spencer Smith is a versatile guitarist based in Quincy, IL who moved to the area from Wauconda, IL after graduating from Quincy University with a degree in Communications and Music Production. He played lead guitar in local classic rock band Raised on Radio from 2013 until 2024, when the band retired. Now, he writes and produces his own music from home, plays monthly in Quincy jazz band, The Big River Swing Machine and lead guitar in party-centric rock band, PIRATED.mp3.

Kathy and Spencer met when she joined Raised on Radio mid-2023. The two formed their eclectic acoustic partnership in the band’s wake, now playing audience-favorite songs across multiple genres and generations
